🌍 Remarks for International Students
We sincerely apologize to our international students. Due to limited preparation time, we are still working on a fully translated English version of this orientation website. For now, please use this page for an overview of the entire orietation activities and rely on Google Translate to navigate the other pages and follow the instructions during the challenges.
Although we cannot offer a complete English site yet, each group will be accompanied by a student assistant throughout the challenges. If you have any questions or language difficulties, your assistant will be available to provide immediate help.
🌟 Event Details
This orientation uses an open registration format. Each week features different content, and you must register separately for each week. After the four-week program, students will be ranked based on their total accumulated points, and rewards will be awarded according to the corresponding point brackets ( View the points and rewards table ).
- The physics department has prepared delicious pizza and drinks to warmly welcome each new student.
- The student association has organized fun activities to help everyone quickly get to know each other and build friendships.
- First-year mentors will personally interact with newcomers so that everyone can feel the warmth and support of the department.
- Registering earns you 10 base points toward the orientation challenge!
- Senior students will share how to balance studying, social life, part‑time work, and leisure.
- Practical advice and experiences on on‑campus and off‑campus part‑time jobs, tutoring, cram schools, and financial independence will be introduced.
- Learn about joining clubs, sports teams, and the physics department’s summer overseas academic visit programs.
